Returns & Refunds

We hope you are happy with your recent order, but if any case you wish to return your purchase, you have 14 days from date of delivery to exchange or return.

You are obliged to return your items new, unused and undamaged in all its original packaging with garment tags still attached. The item must be returned at the customer’s own expense and no reimbursement for this will be given. Returns which have been used, damaged or in any other condition which do not meet our standards, will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

Fill the Returns Form that came with your package accordingly, and please ensure that returns are properly packaged to avoid any damage during shipping. Alternatively, you can download a Returns Form from here.

You will receive an email confirmation from us once your return has been received and processed.

Return the package using the local postal service and obtain proof of postage for future reference as proof of return. A full refund will be issued within 30 days from receiving the return by post.

When trying on your purchase, please make sure that clean self-hygiene is in place if you intend to return your order.

Items may be exchanged to a different t-shirt or size with the same or higher value. Please mark accordingly on the Returns Form whether you will exchange for the same or higher value. Should the same value apply, no refund will be issued. If you opt to exchange for a higher value, please mark accordingly on the Returns Form as a full refund needs to take place as you would need to place the order again.

Alternatively, if no package return has been received by MADUMA, a refund cannot be issued. For this, we recommend the use of tracked shipping when returning goods.
